We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use. In order to provide total satisfaction to our customers, we offer a 12-month contractual warranty for any defective products, starting from the date of delivery.

Conditions & Applications
- During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective
battery pack with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be
accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (to
be issued upon request) and a proof of purchase. All delivery charges
concerning the exercise of the warranty will be covered by customers.
- Warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly installed, misused, dismantled or modified in any way, or if the product description label and/or the bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
- Cell capacity depletion due to regular use is not covered by our
warranty. A battery pack that can still hold eighty percent (80%)
of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal
and thus is not subjected to warranty replacement.
- The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment that is
used or which incorporates with any of our products and accessories.
We shall not be held responsible for the improper use of the product(s).
- The Voila-Batterie.com declines any responsibility concerning the
possible damage caused by non-conformity utilization to the instructions
by the manufacturer of origin.
- Inappropriate handling to be avoided:
- Never put any metal object in contact with the 2 poles (+,-)
of a battery.
- Never expose a battery to extreme temperatures (-20˘XC, +60˘XC).
- Never put your battery near fire or an intense source of heat,
otherwise you would expose yourselves to explosion risks which
can lead to serious lesions.
- The charging time should never exceed 12 hours; it could lead
to over-charging which can damage the performance and life of
a battery.
- Never leave a battery immerged in a liquid, under the rain
or in humid place.
- Never leave a battery unused for a long time. Start a charge/discharge
cycle every 60 days at least.
- Always follow the required charge and maintenance instructions
strictly.

**Disregard of the above precautions could lead to the termination
of the warranty by Voila-Batterie.com.

Returning Purchased Merchandises
- An agreement and the respect of the return conditions are required for sending back an item. Otherwise, the parcel will be refused and returned at the cost of the sender.
- Send us an email to obtain an authorization as well as a return reference. Without them, the return will not be accepted.
- The delivery method of a returned item will be determined and confirmed by our customer service staff. No return sent by Cash On Delivery will be accepted or the parcel will be refused and returned at the cost of the sender.
- The return reference must be marked clearly on the parcel.
- The return authorization is only valid for thirty (30) days (date stamp by the postal service as proof). The parcel received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- Products must be returned 100% complete, including a copy of the invoice, all the components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Place the packaged product in a protective box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.
- Our technical service staff will estimate if a returned item is defective.

Warranty and Return Policy for Clearance Promotional Items
- Three months free of charge warranty is provided for promotional items from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
- All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
- If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
- A replacement will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. However, products so returned must be 100% complete.
- Refund request would be accepted ONLY when replacement items are not available.
